Kanheri Caves 9-9-07

The Kanheri Caves were created by Buddhist monks 2400 years ago. The word Kanheri comes from the Sanskrit word Krishnagiri which means "black mountain". These caves were used for worship, meetings and were a place travelers could stop and rest.
The first picture is the outside of one of the caves. You can see that the name truely fits.
The second is Carmen and me.

Hey, nice to see a photo of you and real nice to see Carmen too! I do not remember to look at the site every day so if there are other photos of Carmen I have not seen them.

The caves are so awesome! I would love to see those! The fruit market was really something to see in photo, I can just imagine what it looked like in person. I'd be afraid to eat the meat too but then even here you never know if you might get a finger or something mixed in (just kidding!).

This should be your last week, correct? Guess the days have gone pretty fast for you. How is the training going? Do you think you would like to go back there and visit again?

I am heading to Ft. Lauderdale, FL on Sunday for an audit in between there and Miama. I will be gone till Friday night 9/21. I think you said you are home 9/23?

Oh, I loved the monkeys too :-)

Take care of your self Lori. Missed you at the board meeting last night. I think we had 9 people not able to attend though, summer is hard on everyone. We decided NOT to move the ReStore. Will fill in when you are home.

Meanwhile, enjoy the last week or so of your trip and know that we are thinking of you and praying that things stay safe.

Love ya a whole bunch, I really do!

Linda
